What this website collects, why, and what we do with it.
Last updated: 2026. This notice covers the website at practicehero.io. It does not cover any patient data held by a practice we work with — that stays under the practice's own notices and obligations.
What this site collects
The inquiry form
When you submit the form on our contact page or a campaign landing page, we receive the fields you fill in: your name, practice name, specialty, city and state, website, email address, optional phone number, and your message. We also receive hidden fields recording which campaign or referring page brought you to the form, and the page you submitted from.
We use this only to reply to you and to run the conversation that follows. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
Spam protection
Form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at browser signals to tell a person from a bot. Cloudflare processes that check on our behalf.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track you between sites. It tells us which pages were viewed and roughly where from.
If and when we run paid campaigns, we may also load Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta pixel or the LinkedIn Insight Tag. Those set cookies and report back to their platforms. They load only after you accept them in the consent banner, and you can decline without losing any function of the site.
Server logs
Cloudflare, which hosts this site, keeps standard request logs including IP address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again, and campaign parameters are held in session storage so the form can record where an inquiry came from. Both stay on your device. Advertising and analytics cookies appear only if you accept them.
Where the data goes
Inquiries are delivered to our customer relationship system and to our own email. Our processors are Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection, cookieless analytics) and our CRM and email providers. Where a paid-media pixel is enabled with your consent, the relevant advertising platform also receives event data.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
- Decline analytics and advertising cookies in the banner, or clear them at any time in your browser.
- Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you — one email is enough.
Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the date above changes with it.
