What this website collects, why, and what we do with it.

What this site collects
The inquiry form
The form on our contact page and on campaign landing pages is hosted by GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) and embedded here. When you submit it, your details go directly to GoHighLevel rather than through this website: your name, practice name, specialty, city and state, website, email address, phone number, and your message.
Because the form is embedded from GoHighLevel, loading a page that contains it also lets GoHighLevel see standard connection details and may set their cookies.
We use what you send only to reply to you and to run the conversation that follows. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
The chat widget
The chat bubble on this site is provided by GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.). When a page loads, it runs their script and sets third-party cookies so a conversation survives you moving between pages. If you send a message, GoHighLevel receives what you write, along with the page you were on and standard connection details, and the conversation lands in our customer relationship system alongside form inquiries.
The assistant in that widget answers routine questions automatically. It is not a person, and it is not a clinician. Do not send patient information or anything confidential through it. Anything clinical is passed to a human.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track you between sites. It tells us which pages were viewed and roughly where from.
If and when we run paid campaigns, we may also load Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta pixel or the LinkedIn Insight Tag. Those set cookies and report back to their platforms. They load only after you accept them in the consent banner, and you can decline without losing any function of the site.
Server logs
Cloudflare, which hosts this site, keeps standard request logs including IP address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention.
Cookies
Our own site code sets no cookies. Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again, and campaign parameters are held in session storage so the form can record where an inquiry came from. Both stay on your device.
The chat widget does set third-party cookies, from GoHighLevel, as soon as a page loads — they are what keep a conversation together across pages. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser stops them; the rest of the site works normally without the chat.
Advertising and analytics cookies appear only if you accept them in the banner.
Where the data goes
Inquiries are delivered to our customer relationship system and to our own email. Our processors are Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection, cookieless analytics) and GoHighLevel (customer relationship system and the chat widget). Where a paid-media pixel is enabled with your consent, the relevant advertising platform also receives event data.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
- Decline analytics and advertising cookies in the banner, or clear them at any time in your browser.
- Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you — one email is enough.
Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children.

If this notice changes materially, the date above changes with it.
