What We Build

Three pillars. Six engines. One system.

Practice Hero installs infrastructure, not retainers. Everything below runs on our own surgical practice before it is offered to yours.

The Six Engines

What actually gets installed.

Each engine sits under one pillar. All six share one CRM, one reporting layer, and one nightly run.

SEO · Engine 01

SEO Content Engine

AI-drafted, physician-reviewed articles published on a nightly cadence — each one answering real patient questions, cross-linked to your money pages, and guarded against self-cannibalization by an automated duplicate gate.

Rank Protection

Nightly page-health audits, rank-hold logic that freezes what's working, and an index guard that catches the silent killers — broken canonicals, accidental noindex, bad deploys — before Google does.

AI Reception & Speed-to-Lead

An AI receptionist that answers nights and weekends, plus first-touch automation that texts new inquiries in minutes — because the practice that responds first wins the consult.

CRM & Patient Pathways

Every lead tracked from first click to booked procedure. Automated pathways for consults, no-shows, follow-ups, and reactivation — designed around the way medical front desks actually work, EMR quirks included.

Review Funnel

A feedback gate that routes happy patients to Google and the platforms that matter, keeps your listings consistent everywhere, and refreshes your site's review sections automatically.

Email & Content Design

Branded procedure spotlights, lifecycle emails, estimate documents, and social content kits — all in a design system as considered as your waiting room.

Questions

How the engines fit together.

Do I have to take all six engines?

No. Most practices start with one pillar — usually the website or SEO — and add the others once the first is producing. The engines are built to run independently and to share the same CRM and reporting.

Will this replace my current agency?

In most cases it replaces the retainer work: content, technical SEO, follow-up and review capture. Some practices keep a separate media buyer for paid ads; the engines feed that work rather than compete with it.

How many practices do you take in one market?

One practice per specialty per market. We will tell you directly if your territory is already committed.

Proof: Every engine above is live on Better Plastic Surgery, our own practice, before it is sold to anyone else. Metrics shown are from the Better Plastic Surgery flagship build (Semrush & Google Search Console, 2026); individual results vary by market and practice.

Your competitors hired an agency. You're about to install an engine.

Practice Hero works with a limited number of practices per market — one specialty, one territory, no conflicts. Tell us about your practice and we'll show you exactly what the engine would do in your market.
